Stackpole Rocks to Linney Head, to Ducks Pool, with view of Frains Lake beach, then Castle Lady Valley, where thousands of years ago there was a direct view to the sea; now where army do their main explosive training. Iron Age Fort which can look like a castle. If sunny Flotillery butterflies are likely. Very wooded area in the interior of the range and mostly untouched. Also a pheasant breeding area. Numbers limited to 30.
